About the Webinar

Note: you will need to join the webinar about ten minutes early, especially if you are online, to download the software and log in. Also, your microphone or telephone will be muted by default to keep the noise down.

To be clear, you don’t need a microphone or headset on your computer to participate. You can just phone in with your regular phone once you have logged into the teleseminar using your computer.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can just use your phone. You should be able to skip the log in on the computer part, and simply dial the access phone number that you get when you register (or you could phone in using that number with Skype). When you call, the phone system will prompt you for the access code, which you will type in. It will then ask for your PIN. However, you won’t have one, since you have not logged in. So simply press the # key at that prompt. The system will tell you that you are logged in in Listen Only mode, which means that you can hear, but you can’t speak or be heard by us.
